Daniel Krzewski is a licensed Sales Representative and the Brokerage Owner and President of Crown North Realty Inc. He grew the brokerage from the ground up to serve East-end Toronto and Durham clients with a higher standard of service: editorial-grade marketing, disciplined negotiation, and the kind of attention you only get from an owner-operator.
As Brokerage Owner and President of Crown North Realty Inc., Brokerage, Daniel built the practice he wished he had when he was new to real estate himself - one that treats every transaction with the same discipline regardless of price point, and that holds itself to a higher standard of marketing, communication and negotiation. That standard runs through every client file he and Heather take on.
Daniel works across all of Scarborough and Pickering, with deep experience on the Scarborough lakeshore (Birch Cliff, Cliffside, Cliffcrest, Guildwood, Centennial), the central Scarborough corridor (Bendale, Woburn, Dorset Park, Cedarbrae), and Pickering's established south-urban communities (Amberlea, Bay Ridges, Dunbarton, Rosebank, Liverpool). He has also helped many clients navigate Seaton pre-construction and assignment purchases.

Heather Krzewski
Sales Representative
Heather Krzewski is a licensed Sales Representative with Crown North Realty Inc., Brokerage. Heather is the steady, detail-oriented half of the Krzewski Group, the one clients call when they want a calm pair of eyes on every clause of an agreement and someone who treats their move like her own family's.
Heather is the half of the team most clients describe as extraordinarily responsive. She reads every line of every agreement, tracks every conditional deadline, manages the rhythm of every client communication, and works as the natural counterweight to Daniel's more outward-facing role. When a first-time buyer is anxious about an offer night, it is usually Heather they talk to; when a seller wants every showing detail double-checked, that is Heather too.
Heather works across all of Scarborough and Pickering alongside Daniel, with particular care for first-time buyer clients, family move-up purchases, and the kind of meticulous documentation that keeps Ontario transactions on rails. She and Daniel together are also the only thing more thorough than RECO requires.
